The Bunka Knife Collection
The Bunka knife and the Santoku are similar length and used for the same purpose (i.e. all purposes) hence the grouping of the two blades by many. The Bunka kinfe is defined by it's "k-tip" - the sharp angle and pointed tip at the end of the blade allowing intricate work to be performed.
The Santoku is another all purpose blade however has a rounded rather than K-tip. Whichever you choose you are ready to slice, dice and shop.
The Bunka knife is one of the heftier utility knives that has weight to descend quickly from above. Th Bunka cuts almost everything. Enjoy perusal and sing out with any questions you have :)
