An overview of knife sharpening and the types of tools needed for success\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. A short demonstration of knife sharpening from our resident Sharpening Guru, Joao Sundfeld.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. A guided sharpening class led by Joao, where you sharpen one of your favourite knives from home.
