Bunka Bocho Cutting Techniques

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

Our Bunka Bocho is a unique, but very versatile knife. With a thicker spine, wedge-shaped profile and angular tip, it brings a welcome amount of heft to our Damascus collection. We love it for all of the larger and tougher items in our kitchen; think pumpkins and sweet potatoes. But it is just as well suited to finer items like soft herbs and lettuces. See our video on getting the most out of your Bunka Bocho.
