Our Bunka Bocho is a unique, but very versatile knife. With a thicker spine, wedge-shaped profile and angular tip, it brings a welcome amount of heft to our Damascus collection. We love it for all of the larger and tougher items in our kitchen; think pumpkins and sweet potatoes. But it is just as well suited to finer items like soft herbs and lettuces.
