Paring Knives
The Paring Knife is the knife to use when intricacy is required.
This paring knife is made using AUS10 steel, a high carbon Japanese knife steel made by Aichi in Japan (near the Nagoya airport). The handles crafted to hold the blade of the paring knife are Australian wood sourced from Mclaren Vale in South Australia.
The paring knife is the blade to use when preparing fruit and veg for the kids lunch or making intricate cuts into fruit, veg, bread or cakes - it is a highly versatile blade when small items are being chopped.
*Like all Japanese knives please don't put it in the dishwasher as this will make it more likely to rust
