Serrated Knives

The Serrated knife is the knife we need if we are in the bakery of if we have just purchased something from the bakery.

A high quality serrated knife allows you to slice high profile sour dough, croissants or even a doughnut where as trying to cut with a knife without serrations lead to a shambles in the kitchen.

This serrated knife is made with AUS10 Japanese steel and the handle, which is sourced from McLaren Vale in South Australia, is a octagonal wood handle fused with resin (which are chosen to match the tree they are made with)
