Vegetables
- Red Cabbage (1/4), 1 Apple (Whichever you like - I like granny smith), 1 Avocado
Nuts & Dried Fruit
- Roasted Almonds, Pepita's, Dried Cranberries (optional)
Dressing
- 1/2 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika, 1/2 Tablespoon Vegeta, Olive Oil, Splash of vinegar (I like apple cider vinegar).
Protein (Optional)
- Chicken (Doused in dressing above.
How to....
1. Chop the vegetables and throw them in a bowl
2. Roast the Nuts & Dry fruits in the pan until they smell then throw them on top of the salad
3. Add the dressing. Mix everything with your hands
4. (Optinal). Chop chicken into pieces, mix it with the dressing, then fry it until cooked. Drop into the bowl and mix.
