Nami

"Nami" means Waves.

To produce this finish you need a hammer. Hammering compresses steel making it harder and leaves the blade with ripples which reduce food sticking to the blade.

Blades use AUS10 Damascus steel with wooden handles with imposed resin (to strengthen and colour the handles).

The look represents the waves of Australian or Japanese Oceans.
