Australian Pocket Knives
Most pocket knives are named after a model number. Ours are named after birds.
Koi pocket knives are designed in Adelaide as everyday carry for people who'd rather not carry something boring. Blades are CPM MagnaCut or Sandvik 14C28N, chosen for edge retention and chip resistance rather than to win a spec-sheet argument. Handles are mostly hardwood. Most can be engraved, which makes them a very good present for someone who already owns everything.
