The Spring Hammer Collection

Koi was founded by Shannon & Ramon. Shannon's father, Dennis, inspired the work (play) as one of the last blade-smiths in Australia. Dennis has had a Spring factory for over 4 decades. In honour of Dennis, Koi decided to make a collection of Japanese Steel knives using the Spring Hammer finish (ripples which capture oxygen between the blade and it's subject - reducing stickiness).
