We have been fiddling with some fusion designs.
This knife is built to chop vegetables however in reality it can chop just about anything. It felt surprisingly comfortable in the hand and nicely weighted between the handle and blade.
Shannon, in honour of the local animals, wishes to call this blade "the platypus."
