Koi Knives are the first and most popular knives we have ever made.
Their long history and hardy nature have led to Koi being associated with strength, perseverance and courage.
All Koi knives are made with 67 layer Damascus steel made with AUS10 steel. Handles are made with burl (roots) of Australian nature and to fill holes we use colours of resin that match the fruits of the dying plants.
