Koi name: Rosie the Rosella
Go into nearly any kitchen in Australia and you will no doubt find a Rosella -whether that be on a soup, biscuit tin or bottle of sauce. Outside the kitchen, Australia is home to many species of vibrantly coloured rosella, including Crimson, Eastern, Western, Northern, Pale-headed, and Green Rosellas.
So, there is probably one living near you!
There are generally three types of cheek colouring: white, yellow and blue. The Northern, Pale-headed and Eastern Rosellas have white cheeks, the Western Rosellas have yellow cheeks, and the Green and Crimson have blue cheek patches.

We are not responsible for knives that have been damaged from misuse such as dropping, improper cleaning methods (like putting the knife through a dishwasher), or excessive force.

Please note: We recommend washing blades by hand using warm soapy water and drying them straight away or in any way that does not have water pooling on the blade.
Handles can be oiled using a natural oil such as a Camellia oil.
