Bunka Knife | Middleton, South Australia

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

South Australia has a delightful coastline south of the city of Adelaide and it appears a good portion of the Adelaide population has made there way down to enjoy the long weekend.

We followed the same journey and decided to do some pre-BBQ preparation. Our favourite knife when preparing protein is the Bunka knife.

The Bunka knife has a thick spine and the Bunka knife we chose for this weekend had a handle made from wood acquired down the road (Mt Compass) and w blue resin to match the ocean as it rolled itself to the shore.

We hired a family home and as luck would have it the table seemed to nicely match the Bunka knife handle.
