Kiritsuke Knife | Brooklyn, NYC

Kiritsuke Knife | Brooklyn, NYC

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

Overnight (our time) we were blessed with the first order from the beautiful Brooklyn, NYC (one of 5 incredible suburbs). They chose a Kiritsuke knife.

Whilst Brooklyn is a suburb full of many different types of people, the historic memories I have read and seen which relate to Brooklyn tend to be from Italy. So was our customer.

The Kiritsuke knife is a Japanese knife with a K-Tip and additional heft in the blade tip which makes it an all-purpose knife that is particularly helpful for long or more powerful cuts.

We hope that the new owner and anyone who shares meals with them has fun playing with the new kitchen toy.
