We just had a good friend from our former residence, Bondi Beach, purchase a Nakiri knife to help serve themselves and their friends as the warmer months approach.
Most of our Nakiri's are made with white resin and green resin to match the use of the knife with vegetables and fruit (the vegetable chopper) however this good friend wanted their handle to align with the local climate - aka beaches.
This Nakiri knife popped out with a pretty cool blue streak which looked a little bit an Bondi to Coogee coastline.
We hope our friend loves it! we do :)
