The Bunka was our most popular knife ordered in Australia last week.
Whilst great to see people using our Japanese knives (with Australian Handles) across the nation it was also a bit of a sad moment as we said "Goodbye" to all the Bunka Knives we made in our last collection.
The Bunka knife remains the powerhouse leader of the kitchen for all starchy vegetables and hefty work to be done.
We hope those who ordered them enjoy wielding this beast :)
