We just received an order from one of the first Nakiri knives we sent to Melbourne.

The Nakiri is the Japanese knife most commonly used for chopping, slicing and preparing vegetables of all types. It is mainly focussed on high speed chopping as it has a slim spine and a flat edge meaning that you can fly up and down at high speed with the flat edge reaching right across an onion, tomato or just about anthing.

The person who bought the Nakiri knife mentioned they have just changed their diet to Vegan and the main reason (for someone who has kids) is that they are likely to last longer if they eat mainly veg.
