Paring Knife | Adelaide

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

We just received another knife order from a local in Adelaide.

The new customer was an artist from the Adelaide Hills and they are commonly doing intricate cutting, slicing and peeling of fruits and vegetables. After playing around with a number of knives in our shed they decided to start with the intricate paring knife with a K-Tip.

The paring knife is the perfect knife for those who want a blade which is closely connected with your ingredients - peeling, chopping, slicing and crafting fruits and veg.

The Paring knife can also be used by keeping it stationary and turning ingredients (like a strawberry for example) on the tip of the knife.
