Contrarian Cookbook
INTRO
When considering what to eat most people start with the recipe. Once determined they then seek the ingredients to make what they have decided.
A simple switch is to start with what ingredients are looking fresh at the store (or even in the fridge) then looking what to do with it. The upside down approach to what most people do.
The index below starts with core or "hero" ingredients and has then curated a collection of the finest recipes when that is in season.
The contrarian approach - starting with the ingredients rather than the recipe has benefits to your health and your wallet :) By eating what's in season they will costs less and hold more nutrients.
