Established in 1954 by Lloyd Ellis and his sons, the butcher shop has been a staple of Mclaren Vale for a long time. Within this rich history, is a foundation made of relationships with quality farmers, artisans and restaurants in a location famed for impeccable provenance and terroir. In recent years the mantle has passed to Rihann Koekemoer, who has enhanced the offering and branched into ageing primal cuts of meat and a large range of smallgoods.
