Hobart Gyuto Knife

Hobart Gyuto Knife

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

We just got our first order from Hobart - who requested our last green handled Gyuto Knife :)

The per the environment of Hobart and Tasmania itself the green handle on the Japanese Knife made a perfect fusion that we had been looking forward to making for many years.

Whilst the Gyuto knife is our first knife sent to Hobart we hope it will be the first of many and we look forward to coming and visiting ourselves as the borders between states here in Oz start to open up.

In the honour of Errol Flynn, Ricky Ponting and David Boon - long live Tasmania!
