Knife Collection Zurich, Switzerland!

Knife Collection Zurich, Switzerland!

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

The country which is home to the worlds finest chocolates and cheese, the haven for bankers and even a place which makes nice knives made its first order with Koi Knives - A Japanese knife collection.

The Collection included a 5 piece Damascus set - (left to right the Sujihiki Knife, the Gyuto Knife, the Bunka Knife, The Deba Knife and the Petty Knife (missing only the Nakiri knife which is embarrassingly out of stock)).

As soon as borders are re-opened Shannon and i are travelling to Switzerland to sit with our customer and fully utilize the knife set to chop a block of chocolate and dissect a wheel of cheese!

Long live the Swiss!
