Kiritsuke Knife | Adelaide | Sumac Cafe

Kiritsuke Knife | Adelaide | Sumac Cafe

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

Within walking distance of one of the two co-founders homes, the Sumac cafe/restaurant is a place we have been visiting for years.

The opportunity to have our blades assisting with some of Adelaides finest food preparation was an opportunity we had to take. The boss at Sumac chose to utilize the kiritsuke knife. The Kiritsuke knife has an additional heft on the K-Tip blade makes it the perfect tool when chopping cucumbers, Slicing meat or even chopping pita bread.

A joy for us to see and it's these images which reminds us why we do what we do.
