Master Chef Knives

Master Chef Knives

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

We were delighted to see Ben Borsht start chatting with us on Instagram after his Master Chef (10th round) came to an end. He came second - I would have had him as the winner.

In going through our Japanese Knives with Australian Handles Ben chose the blue handled Gyuto knife - the most popular Japanese knife we have been making for those in Sydney.

If you ever work with, done with or chat with Mr Borsht he is a lovely man - even as lovely as the Gyuto knife he chose.

All the best Ben!
