The Duel - Orange vs Gyuto Knife

The Duel - Orange vs Gyuto Knife

This 3 layer Japanese Gyuto knife asked me to introduce it to an orange. After my friend James air sliced a lemon I thought this knife was worthy of a similar introduction.

The Gyuto knife is an all purpose knife so slicing through the orange is not particularly difficult however if I had my eyes closed I would have thought I was cutting through butter. The high carbon in the blade of the knife have made it uber sharp and hard (rockwell score of 62 if you are a knife mega geek).

Anyway - I hope you enjoy :)
