Gyuto Knife | Gold Coast

Gyuto Knife | Gold Coast

Posted by Ramon Elzinga on

We just sent our first knife to Gold Coast, Queensland.

Having visited Gold Coast a few times myself I was envious that our Gyuto knife is going to arrive their before I do.

The Gold Coast tropical environment mean that they locally grow fruits, vegetables and farm protein on a daily basis. The Japanese Gyuto knife can be used for most of the required techniques aside from bone chopping.

The Gyuto knife is similar to the western "Chefs knife" however the Gyuto knife has a harder core and is slightly lighter in the hand - making it the perfect knife if you wish to slice with precision.

Whether it's bananas, berries or bacon we hope that our new customer enjoys using their new Gyuto knife :)
